"Easy to install, easy to use, easy to replace. We've installed numerous LG drives in computers we've built - and we only have had to replace 2 drives in 5+ years. LG's RMA process is second to none."

Pros: Style/Design, Easy to use, Features/Settings
Cons: quality was an issue
"I purchased this product as a replacement for a dead drive on my computer but it only lasted 6 months before it died too. On a positive note, LG did honour the 1 year warranty and replaced it for me. And the next one lasted until I upgraded my computer system."
